Under the system until May 15, yes they should pay the same amount. In this case C+ isn't it's own class, and therefore it shouldn't matter.
May 16th and later, yes C+ passengers should pay less. In this case they're paying for a higher "cabin" then a main cabin passenger. (In fact I believe DL is going to be installing a curtain divider or something to help denote that it's a separate cabin)
