Thanks for the concern stoodgy - wow. I didn't realize Doha was that polluted. For some reason I just thought I could have issues with sand storms (Ran long distance in Jordan before) but didn't think about the pollution / air quality.

Reading up here and here it looks like I may have to really check the conditions in the morning...luckily I'll be staying at the Oynx Hotel which is downtown already so I could always go back if the pollution starts getting to me.
