I see what is posted on the airport info page, but... On the tare occasion when I had to move a large amount of luggage between terminals I grabbed a cart (cost a few bucks but worth it when needed) and took the elevator up to the train, boarded and alighted without issue. There were agents about but none stopped or questioned me. At the destination terminal took the elevator down to the terminal level.
