MS doesn't (routinely) supply hotels on domestic-international connections. But it doesn't hurt to ask. The good news is that T3 at Cairo has 24H lounges. I find them comfortable enough, and although there are no "pods", you should be able to stretch out and snooze. Lounges have soft drinks and tea/coffee, and some not too impressive snacks.
There's a smart Meridien attached landside to T3: but it's not cheap. There are other airport hotels, but these require a bit of a faff with shuttles.
