You're not alone. I do like the new refreshments layout, but I agree seems louder and more chaotic -- exactly what I'm trying to escape from.

Not sure if this mostly the design or just that they seem to be giving away admirals club memberships in cracker jack boxes now. I don't even bother with the CLT clubs anymore, they're more crowded than the terminal.
