A coupl'a years ago, I was flying PIT/XXX/LAX. I was discussing a possible VDB with a GA I'm chummy with here at PIT. He said - - - Hmmmmm, I can send you PIT/CDG, and then AF CDG/LAX!

Well, I'm not sure if he was kidding, or if it would have even gone through, but, I SURELY wasn't gettin' stuck in AF Y - possible middle seat - from CDG/LAX!!! It's certainly true that GAs have more clout to make off the wall changes than phone agents, for some reason.

At this point, I don't really remember the outcome of the VDB, It's just a cute little story.
