Regional configuration designed for short/medium haul. SQ tends to push the "regional" to the limits to include flights to/from Australia and India on these. Much maligned, even though they are probably the best sloped seats out there, and if you know how to adjust the controls properly you can get them into comfortable sleeping position. Better than CX regional seats, that are not used on medium haul, but still can be found on short haul redeyes such as HKG-NRT.

A variant of the standard long haul fully flat product that SQ has been using for the last 9 years. Bulkheads are best. Many people like the space on these seats, many people hate the space on these seats.

Not identical to the CX seat, but similar. An evolution of previous seat. Slowly being rolled out across long haul fleet.

SQ are a struggling airline (in terms of profitability) and don't seem to want to spend the cash to instantaneously roll out the new product to every aircraft, so that is why you see an evolution of seats (in the last two categories), whereas the DEL-SIN seat is a very deliberate strategy to maximise seating capacity on shorter flights.

As for USB charging, I'm surprised the CPH/SIN flight didn't have one the other two planes that have the variants of these seats (A380, 77W) do. Although, I've never understood the necessity for these, can always plug USB cable into in-seat power for charging, if you have a power plug for it.
