Not sure if they have a loyalty program. I have not been thrilled with their US operation, candidly (system is screwed up and says prices include taxes when they don't - violation of consumer laws, reservations seem to have no relation at all to actual fleet inventory, and CA locations have some silly rules on showing proof of home address) -- all that said, their fleet is far superior and value is considerably better than Hertz.

Look forward to them expanding, getting their ops in line, and putting some pressure on Hertz!
