American Express is surprisingly bad at this. Once upon a time there were several USA-issued business cards that looked like this, each linked to a different rewards program, and they were marketed as Platinum Credit Cards. All were discontinued except the cash back card, which was re-branded as Simply Cash. In other countries the Platinum Credit Card name survives.
