Is the annual bonus worth of 40k worth it?

1. Category 1 property costs 7k. That is 5 nights at category 1 property and you'll have 5k points leftover. Okay, fine there aren't whole lot of category 1 properties so let's take cat 2 as a base value.
2. Cat 2 property costs 15k. This is 2 nights + 10k points leftover.
3. Cat 3 property costs 28k. This is 1 night + 12k leftover.
4. Cat 4 property costs 38k. This is 1 night + 2k leftover.
5. What if you want bigger and better? How about you save up that 40k points this year and use 80k (40+40) next year? With 70k points you'll be able to book at their best hotel for a night.

So is it worth? I think so. There is value for everyone. You can save points and spend at cheap hotels or you can blow them off at more expensive ones. Additionally, you can save them up for next year ^

The only issue is - is CC property available around your destination?
