I just finished a stay here. I reached out ahead of time asking about using my DSU, and was given the upgrade without them deducting the awards. All the staff, including Ruben (Director of Operations), were attentive and helpful. The club is nice and has a great view.

Regarding taxis, you can use an app called "Grab Taxi" or walk a little further down the road to get a better fare than at the entrance of the resort.

For HKT in general, the Taxi Mafia situation hasn't really improved. There are tariffs now, but often no drivers willing to drive at the tariffed rate, only at a higher one they set
