My last two trips:

2/9/16 SEA->SFO AS 320 MVP Gold cleared at booking — 60 on waitlist, 1 upgraded

2/9/16 SFO->SEA AS 337 MVP Gold cleared T-17 — position 10 of 40 on waitlist, 13 in total upgraded


2/29/16 SEA->EWR AS 14 MVP Gold cleared at booking ~T-30 — 28 on waitlist, no upgrades

(missing a leg, I know — had to fly AA for LGA->ATL)

3/6/16 ATL->SEA AS 749 MVP Gold cleared at T-72 — 2 on waitlist, 1 upgraded after boarding

That final leg was on a few week's old 739, which was really nice, aside from my standard gripe that there still isn't enough pitch or comfortable recline in the F seats on AS. Either way, makes you realize just how worn out and uncomfortable those older F seats are — these were so much better. FAs had to remind everyone of how the new overhead bins worked, putting bags in on their sides to fit more in there.
