You didn't say cheapest so the answer to your question would be arranging a car through the hotel for HK$700. I imagine you're on the UA flight if arriving at 7:10. No traffic and at the hotel in about 1/2 hour. And the cars have wifi so you can check your email, etc.
HK Airport Express might be faster if you timed the train perfectly and easily got a taxi on the other end. But guaranteed fastest is hotel car.
