Or, would SQ consider these two separate awards, one being DPS-BKK-HKT, and the second being HKT-SIN-MNL? If that's the case, I'd rather book one award DPS-BKK-MNL, buy a stopover in BKK for $100, and buy a RT flight BKK-HKT-BKK on TG for $88 in economy.
