Eurotrash, in my book, are basically people that fit into the British soccer hooligan crowd or come out of Russian mob gang.
For the FAs, it probably means European girls who are far better looking and better dressed than they are.
For some of the world it is the chain-smoking, dressed in black wannabe-European crowd that is not European really.
