Looking at my Emirates confirmation for chauffeur service, there are no details of the collection companies, or numbers to ring of they are not there in Sydney and Brisbane.
Give EK customer services a call (may be easiest in UK business hours) they will either be able to sort it out or give you the car company number. The EK website and App seem to have a particular problem with car bookings.
