What's the conventional wisdom on the fastest route to the Sheraton with carry-ons, assuming a round trip return to HKG the following day, balancing time/cost?

Arriving 710P, APEC lane for immigration, quick stop at China Unicom kiosk for SIM card, then:

1) HK Airport Express-MRT-hotel
2) Uber (not sure of the usual cost)
3) airport bus
