For the price premium of a J class seat, which is typically 3 - 5 times that of economy, it is perfectly reasonable to expect an alcoholic drink if you want one. From the description above I would find it hard to justify the additional expense of business class on such a short flight. A nice meal with a couple of drinks at the airport before boarding, paying for an exit row seat and the fast track service on arrival would give a better travel experience and save you a lot of money.
