I've used them 4 or 5 times with 100% success. Most recently was in Nov 2015 at Pan Pacific Vancouver. Rate was $125 USD for a harbour view room that was going for well over $200 on all other sites. Absolutely no issues at the hotel, and was assigned a category higher than booked (panoramic harbour view) at check-in.
