You're fairly remote at the Waldorf. The Anatara is next door, but would be surprised if their restaurants are much cheaper. Nearest option for restaurant choice is probably the Atlantis, which is a couple of miles by taxi. We tried the steakhouse there and it was very nice but not cheap. There are cheaper options there.
