Well, if I was UA*G I'd probably different attitude.

However, I'm not so I can't really say how I would react in your shoes. I can only speak for myself - and I found the interaction with LD annoying, however nonetheless professional and I got what I was entitled for, so I didn't (and still don't) feel like kicking up a fuss about it.

Especially so, given that I did *not* have had any problems there since.
