What time of day will you be there? I'd say as far as food goes, 1, 3 and 4 are, overall, a toss-up, and 2 is inferior. As far as showers go, 2, 3 and 4 are all within less than a 1 minute walk of each other, so you can ask at each upon entry if there will be an available shower, and go to the next if there isn't (or a long wait).
