I walk around with two phones all the time and never hold my phone with two hands.... unless I want to play a two handed backhand at pingpong with my Iphone I cant see how the heck I would do that anyway !!!!
Unless you are in the wrong part of town, I think that there is no need to worry about your cellphone, even if its an Iphone or the latest Samsung Galaxy. Have the usual precautions and use common sense, and you will be OK.

Also try not to use your mobile phone on the street and if you do hold it with both hands - thieves on motorcycles ("motochorros") are known for grabbing phones from the hands of the users without even dismounting. They are very skillfull, the porteņo thieves.
