This is the only time I got a completely non-refundable ticket (V fare).

Original trip as in April - IAD-CDG with less than 24 hour stopover. Then on to BEY. Return was a week later BEY-CDG-IAD.

I want to move it to August - IAD-CDG with day stopover. Then on to SVO. Return would be SVO-CDG-IAD.

The problem they are having is that they cannot see availability for the CDG-SVO because of the stopover. When they build a brand new itinerary, it appears without problem.

I have asked about canceling with penalty so I can rebook but no one has agreed to doing that yet.
