Dublin airport (DUB) has an outdoor smoking area in Terminal 1, departures. Pass through security and follow the signs for the 200 gates and at the Starbucks take the elevator or escalator upstairs and walk through the bar.

This area is also accessible from Terminal 2: follow the signs for "lounges" (lower floor) and keep walking straight past the DAA, Aer Lingus and Etihad lounges. It takes about 5/7 minutes from the Etihad lounge.
