I am at YVR and before i am stopping every stop now i need to mr it all the way to MAD
Change Fee is $125, less any tax refund you'd be due.
If you'll anyway be paying the change fee, may as well remove LHR altogether, to save on all the expensive taxes.
And keeping to the seven sectors you have to play with (and assuming you've already used your sole North American transcontinental sector), you could rack up quite some more miles while reducing your tax burden - probably by more than enough to cover the change fee. For example:
YVR-LAX-GRU-LAX-DOH-MAD (stop) DOH -CPT
No Peru taxes, No LHR taxes. Just need to be careful that you catch the LAX-MAD flight on one of the days it operates.
[The above suggestion takes advantage of the exception allowing two transits in North America if one is without stopover between South American and another continent; it also presumes you didn't stop in Europe or the Middle East on your way to Asia.]
