I don't know exactly where the Hilton Arcadia is but it is easy to get in to Karon and eat there. It's so easy to get home. Tuk Tuk's everywhere and they are a set price as to where you want to go. You won't have this huge variation of prices.. Just thought I'd say that in case you wanted walking distance as you were worried about getting around.
