The front line agent simply reads off offers from the computer, so it is not a very helpful discussion if the only option the computer gives is to product change to Ink Cash.My next call will be the last. If I do not get any offers I have to cancel since I do not do any manufactured spending and even with the bonus categories it's tough to justify the AF vs a 2.2% cash back card.
