Officially no they will not thru check but depends on who you get on the day I get mixed reports on A3/TK on two tickets so expect OA to be the same and maybe more strict. Even with no thru check that should be enough transit at ATH.
Swissport lounge basic snacks/wraps / sweets but there is a decent coffee machine if you want to grab one and have time.
