I've seen a few weird ones too, like a 3 segment outbound where I was in C+ for 1/3 legs. The electronic boarding pass had me in Sky zone from for 2 segments, but when I printed boarding passes at the kiosk, it only put Sky on the appropriate C+ segment. I was upgraded for the first of the three segments and both the app and the printed BP listed Premium for that leg.
Don't know if I could have boarded with Sky zone on the non C+ leg because I was late to the gate and Zone 1 was already boarding.
