Serve online loads still count towards minimum spend?
I met minimum spend on Amex HH card one week ago (all online Serve loads). Still no bonus. Normally shows up right around now. Last I checked Serve loads still counted towards minimum spend, but we have seen Amex on a mission to "adjust" their prepaid products. Any recent data point?
