This just goes to show how the electronic version of things messes with our heads and our knowledge of right & wrong.

If I pay with cash, and the cashier gives me too much change, I always give it back, even if it means a trip back to the store. And yet I found myself having to ponder this hypothetical situation for a few seconds. Apparently on some level, we've come to see computer error as different from human error, even if the end result is the same (getting something you're not supposed to, without having paid for it).

And with that last sentence, it's time to go home and re-think most of the churning game. Great.
