77N (777-300?) 28B or 29C?

I am sure this question is answered somewhere in this thread already but damned if I can find it....

I am relegated to WT on an upcoming BA297 LHR-ORD trip - both 28B and 29C are available and I currently have 29C. Any strong reason to switch to 28B? Thebasource suggests that row 28 has restricted legroom?
