Has anyone rented a mifi when purchasing a jr pass?

I've got a 16 day trip coming up and it is pricing out at $85 inclusive of insurance with pick-up/return at NRT. Provided by Ninja Wifi and network is Softbank LTE. Looks to be a 50% discount over renting directly with Ninja.
