VI/MC are only networks, thats it

AX has a lot of companies, that do a lot of different things, in a lot of countries
no one else will ever have anything like centurion/platinum (number of cardholders)
the benefits are irrelevant, the numbers/spend gives AX power in various markets
plus membership rewards, vs (new) citi/chase (starwood value wont survive merger)
