I think, exactly as I said, that WN's entrance into Cuba is far off, if it ever happens. (Note, this is my personal opinion.)

The statement you posted expresses WN's wishes. One wishes for many things.

Also -- please remind me: Where have I ever stated that WN was "lying?"
