Programs: Honestly, I've been out of the travel game so long that I'm not even sure. Maybe Marriott Gold?

I won't quite go this far, but very, very close. While I wouldn't expect folks to fly smack in the middle of the day, time spent on an airplane can be quite productive. As a manager of a staff of 25, I expect my employees to use good common sense about when they travel. Sometimes that might mean going on a 9 pm flight. Other times it might be 4 pm or earlier so they can arrive at a reasonable hour and be ready to hit the ground running the next day. Sometimes our client interactions are over dinner or other evening events, so folks have to fly during "working hours". I don't care, unless someone is abusing the privilege.
