It took 60 minutes to go from the airport, to the hotel, by taxi (left airport at 9:15 AM); the pretip fare of the taxi ride was just under 42 euros.
The ATM, just outside the immigration arrival area, was not working. I had to go to the underground level - located centrally between the different parts of T2 - to find a functional ATM.
