To corroborate what others have said, it took about 3 days for mine to show up. As the agent who added them to my account put it, "It takes a while for the 2 systems [what we see vs. what they see] to talk to each other."

For those of you who have requested and received partial credit on 500 mile upgrades, can you actually see them in your account?
I called Tuesday morning and the agent told me he was crediting my account with 2. Wednesday morning I still did not see them in my account, so I called back. That agent first quoted the number of upgrades in my account as the figure without the partial credit, put me on hold for a long time, then told me they had definitely been added and he could see them in my account. As of this morning, they're still not there. I feel like he was just telling me whatever it took to get me off the line.
