I did a search on both the forums and the internet. And I still can't seem to get a clear answer on whether UA is going to switch to a 787 for the LHR-LAX route. I read an article on airportspotting.com that was updated this month, saying that the switch to the 787 was happening April 2016. And I've also read on some threads on here saying that UA is going to use the 777 for that route for the foreseeable future. So I'm a bit confused.

I just booked a ticket on the LHR-LAX route (UA935) for January 2017 in businessfirst and its still showing the plane as a 777 with the super cramped businessfirst layout which I'm not too excited about.

Does any one know for sure if they are planning on switching to the 787? I hope they are..
