Please forgive me I've done umpteen searches and still can't find this info which I'm certain is listed somewhere in one of the wiki's!

What time do the mandatory 2Y/2J Avios seats get released each day? I need to book for a specific date in the near future so would really appreciate the info.

Also when booking the return on a 241 (outbound already booked) do you need to call in or can this be done online?
