Im trying to book an EK award for myself and my cousin.
I booked mine out of my account and it all went fine. Then we tried booking his award out of his account, paying with my CC (he doesn't have a CC), but it keeps giving me this error:

We are unable to complete your transaction at this time. Please try again.

..but there are no red messages anywhere and all info is correct.
Tried various cards, but it's always the same. Is there some sort of issue if the CC is not in the account holder's/traveler's name?
Anyone experienced this before?
