Welcome to the World of Lufthansa. Air Dolomiti is a 100% Lufthansa company.

In former times EN operated for LH as a wetlease --> Those flights were counted as normal LH flights for Status and miles.

Then the bean counters too over:
They changed the flights to EN operated with LH codeshares.
This has a few changes: EN is not member of *A --> No Status Perks and Milage Earning for non-LH Members!
Even the perks for LH-Members where cut.

So in short: No Miles, no Perks, as the operating carrier counts (even with an ANA code).
