Can't comment on Uber, as they are not a company I will use. But, when I lived in Orlando, I always used Mears Transportation. Mears is a huge company with a good reputation.
I'm assuming you're at the closest Holiday Inn Express (at 5606 Major Blvd). The Mears website shows the following for MCO to the hotel:
- Taxi: $52.92 (estimate - will vary based on traffic)
- Shared Van Shuttle: $21/person one-way or $33/person round-trip (may stop at other hotels)
- Private Towncar: $65 flat rate
