Advantage Rent-A-Car (PHX Airport)

We go to get a car, and we get this completly banged-up Ford Windstar. Now, it is the Middle of SUMMER in Arizona, so its like 105-110 and the air conditioning only worked on LOW. The armrests kept falling off, mystery stains all over the inside, and it smelled like rotton milk. The seats were torn and ripped...etc. We asked to change cars and they guy said we could not because we booked with EXPEDIA. So, we had this crap van. Ran like crap. Kept overheating.

I like dollar, we had a dent once and the guy let us slide. That was at BWI.
