So I just purchased an itinerary for travel later this spring. All M fare, and for the outbound leg, the domestic segment showed as an instant upgrade fare for 1K. However, on the return, the domestic leg does not show the instant upgrade option (still M fare). Are some M fares not eligible? Does this mean there is no PN availability? Or is something not right here?
