If you're a good packer-- in the sense of being able to cram a lot in small spaces-- I could imagine that bag approaching 50lb/23kg limits fairly easy, despite it's smallish size.

I agree with AATrout about Otter Green-- I occasionally get stopped by people admiring my otter green bag. Mine is about a decade old at this point and the color gets better with age. Although I rarely carry it anymore because the bag itself is incredibly heavy empty...
