Really just looking for fun activities near the resort. Cancun is less than 4 hours and Hawaii usually takes most of the day to get to, and we may not be getting an extra seat for the under 2 child, so I'd rather only have to do that for a couple hours vs many, many hours.

I heard there was an aquarium right across the street, and Isla Mujeres might be doable, but looking for other ideas that are close-by and not so expensive.
