WOW !!!! $10 bucks in one pop seems like a little steep. When was the fare increased to $35...? Hasnt the TLC ever heard of the consumer price index...??!!!!!

BTW, who decides on granting of this increase, is it the Mayor...? Or the NY legislature, or the City Council...?
