I logged in this morning to make sure that my previously earned miles transferred to the new setup. But apparently what they are doing is resetting everyone's 500 mile upgrades to 12,500 regardless of how many miles you were short as of yesterday.

I only needed 5000 miles to the next set of upgrades, but instead of telling me this morning I needed 7500 it said I needed the full 12,500. Called customer service, got a nice lady that said she couldn't change it, but gave me 2 upgrades to make up for the difference.
